Full Money Back Guarantee if not entirely satisfied, on return of goods in good condition within 7 days of despatch. Damages to be notified by return post, phone or email and the goods returned within 7 days of despatch.
Please note we cannot accept returns after 7 days if we have not been notified.
Goods cannot be returned later if found to be surplus to requirements.

DELIVERY
Always allow 28 working days.
This is a guide to indicate that after this time your parcel may have gone astray.
Orders for mouldings will usually be processed within 14 days.
Kits may take the full 28 days depending on stocks at the time of ordering.
Customers wishing to collect orders at a fair should place their order at least 4 weeks prior to fair date.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Send your order by mail,fax,phone, email or through the online shop giving details of your VISA/MASTERCARD
The Number, Expiry Date, Name on Card.
Please specify address of card holder if different to delivery address.
Payment may otherwise be made by cheque drawn on British Bank in GB Pounds Sterling.
Postage and Packing Charges will be invoiced at cost when determined.
Goods usually sent "AIRMAIL" as the difference in cost sending by "SURFACE" is negligible.
